They walked around the barn. The horse put her head down, and the halter came OFF! He LOST OUR HORSE! THEN, he couldn't catch her until she was ready to be caught. Client finally got the horse, and the halter was then put on properly. He had to bring the horse back for the remainder of the session. "Instructions were VERY CLEAR from the BEGINNING! So What Happened" I asked? The client found his own solutions! "I didn't listen"!
