Our 1st 'INTERNATIONAL' HHC Applicant!

Leanne arrived Thursday, October 8, 2008 by Amtrak after a 27 hr. flight from Home. There was a lot of work to do. This was Leanne's second trip here, since June/July '08. She rented a small cottage at the Farm Retreat nearby, and had full privacy, with a small kitchen, bath etc. She really needed some downtime after such a long trip, even though she was just beginning her journey!
There was time to rest, and anticipate. Time to question -'Why she came here --in the first place'. Leanne had unanswered questions, and unknown questions to find answers to. She was still searching!

The next morning there was a leaf on a picnic table a we had our morning coffee there. It seemed to be 'a sign' that we would 'turn over a new leaf' --in life! This sure proved right!
Day one was facing our reality, where we were in life, what we needed to know, and what could possibly come out of this trip across the ocean -to 'the other side' of the world! What are --the questions -to be answered? She came with no guarantee to answers, and we would only receive what we are ready for!
