Psychological
Issues and 'Be-Attitudes'...
Our 'Riding Clients' were looking for more than
just riding! They got it!
Years after starting to
teach 'riding', I look back to realize:
People get caught up
in generational, family, friend or work ethics! personal ethics were
somehow --lost in the shuffle and left them feeling a misunderstood loss!
They feel like they have
fallen
between the cracks of who they should-be,
or oughta-be's.
This bottom line
self-argument is 'WHO
AM I anyway?'
Then,
there were the wanna-be's.
I
wanna be recognized for something, because
I
AM somebody, aren't I?
If I learn to ride a
horse, at least they will know I am a horse-rider,
and I will be important, right? I might even meet new
friends, or have more to talk about with those I already know. Then,
they will know who I wanna be then!
That is,
who I wanna be, isn't it?
I will meet more people
who also like riding, and we will all have so much fun, riding together.
Then, we will always be my friends, right? But
who am I really?
My appearance, my gosh!
I
gotta-have some riding clothes, to make me look like I really know
what I am doing.
I must look the part to
belong, and to be accepted in this new circle of friends.
And the
be-list goes on and on!
People have lost their identities!
It seems that this has been the
generation of infatuation, including, the huge new homes, the biggest
cars, the new boob-job.
Now, it's even more available plastic
surgery, so you can look like someone else! ---WHY?
Our own individuality is our identity!
But people just aren't happy with what God has given them.
Of course, it is
understandable to have something that makes people stare at you, but not to see
you, corrected.
It can be very painful, living behind something awkward, that draws too
much attention.
Instead of relishing in our
differences, we want to hide from them. We want to look like someone
who is famous, and beautiful.
For sure, that would make you feel good
about myself,so,the plastic surgeon becomes your second savior!
Problem is,you still do not know who
you really are! Your values are confused, thwarted!
So why do people have so much
difficulty --finding themselves?
Why is it, that our program helps our
clients to realize that they really are someone special, and very important?
The horse
is one of God's mistreated healers!
In essence, the value of
the horse and human relationship,
is based on what happens
between and behind the eyes.
Once that connection is
made the communication goes upward -into the spiritual.
It may not be recognized at
first, however it IS felt.
Somehow, life takes on a
new meaning, and fear dissolves.
Something is finally making
sense!
A truth is made
known, and
the meaning of life
becomes much more clear.
Clients work
through their issues
--that have been holding them back from
finding happiness. We work on the emotional, behavioral
change, and then to gain better Mind-Body-Brain
& Spiritual Connections.
We eliminate the negative, learning
to find and accept the positives.
The rest is just learning to be more
aware.
Self confidence,
self-esteem and self worth excel.
Courage becomes a new-found
gift!
Our clients soon realize that they
can do anything they wish, with a little more determination and
perseverance.
And that includes:
Knowing what and who you REALLY ARE!
