Organization Chart

 

 

Our HH plan for our approved HHCApprentices.

 

1.)  to first learn to be a Soft Touch –Riding Coach –to work with students

          –to see that the process is understood.

2.)  Second step --is to become very aware of the Safety & Survival Program –to always know that

          what we teach has serious intentions to keep riders safe.

3.)  One must then understand why some students are having difficulties, be the study of human behavior when with the horses.

4.)  With little input, we must be able to distinguish what personal issues our students are having difficulties with, being:

·        MIND, [emotional or decision making, or stress related],  

·        BODY [physical, in behavior, or abnormal structure in body type, or stress related]

·        COORDINATION SKILLS [due to misconceptions or background]

·        SEARCHING --for answers to unknown questions [spiritually depleted, seeking Truth & Guidance]

 

                   5.) As experience and continual mentoring from HHC and Founder, your ability to help others excels.

                   6)  More experience with recognizing stress, leads to understanding the symptoms that stress can create,

                                      Stress symptoms are very treatable by the Medical, and Psychological Professions, and are costly.

                                      Our efforts to help clients reduce stress in an enjoyable, and safe place, in inexpensive!

                   7.)  Better understanding of stress and energy blocks is valuable in expressing the ‘quantum touch’ to help with

                                       releasing blocked energy.

                   8.)  HHC Coordination Skills are developed by input, assistance, and practice, with continual contact and mentoring.

                   9.)  HHC will have gatherings, and email counseling throughout the HHC experience, and ALL info is shared with

                                      other HHC so we can develop the highest standards in Horses [& HHC] helping people.

                   10.)  We intend to seek support from other Health Professionals, however we stand firm –in maintaining HHC

                                      information –with the HH Org.

 

We look forward to expanding the HHC Program, to serve those who ‘fall between the cracks’ of the current systems.

We also intend to remain firm in our integrity to help others.

Any GRANTS Horse Holiday receives will be divided as such when program is in full force:

50% remains at the Home office for promotional work and expenses.

Remainder is split up by the percentage of work with clients –in contrast with the whole HHC program.

 

We do hope to find HHC Applicants who have ‘been there –done that’ rather than ‘book learned’ students.

It is imperative that the applicant has healed and knows what their issues have been.

They must now be set --on helping others with our assistance, and by sharing [as needed] their past experiences.

Clients believe those who are sincere, and who do understand –-‘where they are’ at their time of need.

We will be offering the most fulfilling options available, and we intend to continually work toward helping to create a better tomorrow –for anyone who wants to improve their life, when circumstance seems to make it difficult or impossible.

We will be the hand to offer a different kind of support, with FOUR LEGS to help in our PROCESS!
