Rose  [Foreman] --has worked with people and horses since before 1972 --in Harford & Baltimore County, Maryland.

Rose started Horse Holiday around 1980, and founded Horse Holiday in York County --as a 501-C3 Organization in 1997. 

After our Pilot years, we realized the need for some re-structuring of Horse Holiday Org..  Rose then originated our Service Program:

 'Our Program Process' --The Mind-Body Connection for Both Horse & Human [2004]

Rose, is the first Horse Holiday Consultant [volunteer] & Coach, the Program Designer & Coordinator.
